SHOCKING SERVICE!!I placed an order, which I was told was dispatched. 3 weeks later, I still hadn't received it. I contacted them 3 times in the space of 4 days only to be told that their production partner couldn't complete the order, but they had another partner who could. Another 4 days later, they tell me they can't do the order and offer a refund!I would give this company 0 stars if I could, absolute shambles of an experience!

I have used them twice for two different banners. The website is easy to use, quick turn around time and customer service I received was great, very helpful and changed an order with no problems or hesitations. The products I’ve bought are well worth the money and are a really great price.

Helloprint is OK until something goes wrong. I paid extra for faster delivery and 4 days later when I contact customer service because nothing has arrived they tell me, tough, it's not thier problem.Instead of using these cowboys, do what I've done now and a local printer. You might pay a little more but the quality and service are far better.

Quality prints, quick, reliable, easy and user-friendly service. Can't fault, very pleasant experience ordering prints for my small handmade business.

Excellent all round service fast delivery

Very good quality stickers, delivered quickly and for a great price. Particularly impressed with the quality and alignment of the printing. An easy-peel backing would’ve been ideal but otherwise I’m absolutely delighted with my Helloprint stickers.

TO AVOID They cancelled my order 24h AFTER the date I was supposed to receive my inserts. Really slow process, a lot of back and forth for nothing, you waste your time.

The excellent product and speed in which it was received was impressive. In this case it was an aluminium plaque for outdoors and is exactly what was required. there was a steady stream of confirmation emails including the carriers who were very precise and giving opportunities to change delivery arrangements and delivered exactly as advised.

We have used Helloprint for our Christmas materials for a few years now, never disappointed! Excellent work, delivered speedily and at a good price.

Fast turnover, use Helloprint for business cards mostly, but did other stuff aswell, like flyers or banners, never had any problems so far.
